Katlyn graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at St. Lawrence College in June of 2018. It was during her College Co-op with us that we realized what a great technician Katlyn was going to be and hired her before she finished school. With her warm smile and calm manner she is very comforting for the pets and their families. Katlyn grew up in Bloomfield on a hobby farm and has been around animals her whole life. At a very young age she was assisting goats during delivery and knew back then that she wanted to be involved in helping animals. She is currently living in Demorestville with her partner Brad and their very lively and extremely cute Jack Russell puppy, Aria.
Kayla grew up in Codrington and went to high school at ENSS. It was there that Kayla did a co-op at a local vet office and confirmed her love of animals and decided to make a career out of caring for them. She graduated from the Vet Assistant program at St. Lawrence college and we have been lucky to have her join our team. Her love of animals shows in her excellent care of our patients. Kayla loves all aspects of caring for pets but finds it very rewarding to use her knowledge to help people when their pet is ill. While volunteering at the Humane Society, Kayla met and fell in love with her beagle Sandy. Kayla and her partner Andrew live in Frankford and share their home with Phoebe, a beautiful Siamese. They have recently added to the family with the very adorable Mavis, a Miniature Australian Shepherd.
